Return Process

  Log in to your OXXO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
